You can reach ScholarMENA by email at [email protected]. We do not have a phone line, a postal address or a contact form. One mailbox handles everything: reader questions, corrections, provider submissions, privacy requests and advertising.
What we can help with
- Errors in a listing. A wrong deadline, a broken link, outdated eligibility or any other mistake on one of our pages.
- Missing information. Details the official source publishes that our record does not show yet.
- Submitting a scholarship. If you run or represent a real scholarship program, send us the official URL. We verify every submission against the official source before publishing, and submission does not guarantee a listing.
- Advertising and sponsored listings. Questions about advertising on ScholarMENA. Sponsored content is always labelled and never changes how we verify listings.
- Press. Media enquiries about ScholarMENA.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction or deletion of your personal data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What we cannot help with
We are not the scholarship provider, so we cannot help with:
- The status of your application.
- Documents, forms or uploads for an application.
- Deadline extensions or exceptions to eligibility rules.
- Choosing a scholarship for you or assessing your chances.
For these, contact the provider directly. Every ScholarMENA record links to the provider’s official page, which usually lists their contact details.
Before you email
- Check the official page linked on our record. Most questions about eligibility, required documents and deadlines are answered there.
- Include the URL of the ScholarMENA page you are writing about.
- If you are reporting an error, include a link to the official source that shows the correct information.
- If you are submitting a scholarship, include the official URL, the deadline and who can apply.
How long will a reply take?
We usually reply within 3 working days. Corrections to listings are prioritised, especially when a deadline is involved.
A note on scams
ScholarMENA never charges applicants and never asks for documents or payment. If you receive a message asking for money in our name, do not pay, and forward it to [email protected].
What happens to your email
We use your email address and message only to reply to you and, where relevant, to correct or update our pages. We do not add you to the newsletter unless you subscribe yourself. See our Privacy Policy for details.
